Interv_l are supporting an innovative scaling business who are looking for a Customer Success Manager.
At the heart of this role is transformation. You’ll be the go-to champion for their customers, driving excellence, leading change, and managing projects that make a real difference to the way they work. As part of their Customer Success team, you'll be hands-on as they roll out their software, offer strategic consultancy, and build partnerships that last.
What you'll be doing:
* Be a trusted advisor, offering consultancy and strategic insights that deliver measurable value.
* Forge genuine relationships with key customers that go beyond the basics.
* Take ownership of client expectations and make sure we’re always one step ahead.
* Collaborate with the Business Development team to impress prospects and support pre-sales conversations.
* Work with customer data and prepare it for seamless onboarding into our software.
* Manage each project from kickoff to handover, ensuring smooth progress.
* Create clear documentation for clients and internal teams.
* Keep projects on track, resolving issues promptly.
* Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for customers throughout their journey.
* Identify growth opportunities and help customers maximize our solutions.
* Bring innovative ideas to improve our processes.
* Assist with technical problem-solving, including visiting client sites for training and support when needed.
* Handle issues professionally, escalating when necessary to maintain smooth operations.
* Maintain your technical skills through continuous learning and networking.
* Represent the company confidently and professionally, adding a touch of personality.

What you'll need:
* Experience managing multiple projects with effective planning, scope, and risk management.
* Knowledge of structured project methodologies like Prince2, PMP, or similar.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Results-driven with a track record of achieving goals.
* Technically proficient, able to understand and communicate about systems.
* Strong communication skills, confident in writing and presenting.
* Valid UK driving license and passport, ready for travel as required.
