Are you an Ecologist at Management or Principal level, looking for a highly-technical role, where you will have full autonomy to lead and develop your own department?
This is an excellent opportunity to take the technical-lead on your company's most prestigious projects, whilst managing and expanding your own division of highly-skilled Ecologists.

Split 60% technical : 40% managerial duties, you will maintain your reputation as an ecology expert, working only on the most interesting of projects, whilst playing a pivotal role in the progression, training-up of, and recruitment into your team.
This role suits an Ecologist at Management or Principal level, looking to progress into an Associate Director role.
