In this role, you will champion and actively develop the use and implementation of MS Office “apps” to improve process effectiveness and solve user-defined issues. About the role
As a Database and Digital Development Officer, you will become the key ‘super user’ of our client’s databases, enhancing their digital capabilities by developing MS Office apps, SharePoint, etc. Your main duties include:
* Optimising databases and supporting users
* Expanding Office 365 app usage
* Providing organisational reporting
About you
You need a satisfactory DBS disclosure and should have:
* Experience in a modern digital workplace, using digital tools collaboratively
* Proven database management skills (e.g., Access, Excel, Word)
* Up-to-date knowledge of Office 365, data analysis, and database management
* Ability to extract, analyze, interpret, and present data
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Commitment to business development
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Minimum of 5 GCSE passes at Grade C or above, including Maths and English
