For over 15 years, Integra Education has helped young people who’ve disengaged from mainstream education find their way back to learning. Due to growing demand, we’re expanding our team of dedicated Tutors and Teachers.
Why This Role Matters
You’ll tutor 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need learning done differently — including those with SEN, SEMH, or care experience. Your support will build confidence, engagement, and real progress.
The Role
As an Integra Tutor, you’ll:
* Deliver 1:1 or small-group sessions tailored to each pupil’s unique needs
* Create engaging, confidence-boosting lessons that inspire progress
* Support learning in English, Maths, Science, or specialist subjects
* Work flexibly across schools, libraries, community spaces, or pupil homes
* Track progress and celebrate every success, big or small
What We’re Looking For
* Previous tutoring experience (Primary or Secondary)
* Ability to teach Maths, English, or Science (other subjects welcome!)
* Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
* A patient, adaptable, and empathetic approach
* Excellent communication skills and confidence working independently
* DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
A teaching qualification is desirable – but not essential. Experience, compassion, and commitment matter just as much.
