This is a full-time role for a Scaffolding Contracts Manager located on-site in Bristol and surrounding areas. The Scaffolding Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing scaffolding operations, managing contracts, coordinating with clients, and ensuring all projects comply with safety regulations and deadlines. The role involves supervising scaffolders, inspecting and maintaining scaffolding equipment, and preparing project reports. The manager will also handle budgeting and procurement of necessary resources for each project.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in scaffolding operations and project management
* Ability to price scaffolding projects accurately and tender for work.
* Proficient in contract management and client coordination
* Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
* Strong leadership and supervisory skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work on-site in City Of Bristol
* Relevant certifications in scaffolding and safety management
* Bachelor's degree is preferred but not essential
* Base starting salary of £200 a day.
* Opportunity to progress as we grow in the area.
