Overview
Join Our Close Friendly Team as an Estates Technician. At EPNE, we’re passionate about transforming lives through education, and we’re looking for Estates Technicians to join our team to support the outstanding opportunities we provide to our students.

Key Responsibilities
* Opening and securing sites
* Carrying out basic repairs
* Completion of planned preventative maintenance schedules
* Setting up furniture as and when required
* Removal of litter and waste daily
* Supervision of contractors and visitors
Essential Requirements
* A driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00
