Based within the Royal Academy of Improvement, the Head of PMO will play a pivotal role within our organisation. You will be skilled in leadership and negotiation, with a proven improvement approach focused on effectiveness and efficiency, always keeping our patients at the core of our efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitating the successful and smooth delivery of the Trust’s improvement programme.
2. Supporting the Trust’s system-wide transformation and efficiency initiatives.
3. Collaborating with divisional and corporate teams to ensure accurate and timely programme delivery and reporting.
4. Providing both coaching support and constructive challenge to teams.
