Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer – Porton Down (SP4) – Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 DOE

What you’ll do:
* Define User and System Requirements and support the creation of Design Specifications.
* Apply Model‑Based Systems Engineering (UML, SysML, ArchiMate) to turn concepts into operational solutions.
* Support testing, integration, and deployment of complex EW systems.
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, gaining exposure to real‑world defence projects and evolving into a Subject Matter Expert.
Essential experience:
* Systems Engineering & System Design Documentation
* Defence industry knowledge of EW systems
* Test and acceptance of integrated systems
* Full Engineering Delivery Lifecycle experience
* Requirements Management (DOORS, Enterprise Architect, etc.)
Desirable skills:
* Systems Modelling (UML/SysML)
* Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink)
* Previous military experience in EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition)
