Senior Care Assistant – Downs View Care Centre
Location: Downs View Care Centre, Badbury (near Chiseldon), Swindon, SN4 0EU
Pay: £12.71 per hour, paid monthly
Hours: hours per week | Days (8am-8pm) and Nights (8pm - 8am) Shifts available | Alternate weekends required

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you'll lead by example and support your team to deliver the highest standard of care. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing personal and emotional support to residents with dignity and professionalism
* Supporting with daily needs such as medication, toileting, and bathing
* Supervising and mentoring care staff, promoting teamwork and a positive atmosphere
* Keeping accurate records and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts
* Acting as a point of contact for families, visitors, and other professionals
* Supporting the management team with assigned responsibilities and tasks
What We're Looking For:
* A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Health & Social Care
* Previous experience in a similar senior care role
* A team player with strong communication and leadership skills
* A kind, patient and respectful attitude — always putting residents first
* Flexibility to work night shifts and alternate weekends
