The role Our Customer Success Architects act as the primary technical advisor and champion for Managed Service Customers, dedicated to maximising the value of our public cloud services. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to refine and enhance platform functionality, ensuring businesses harness the full potential of these technologies to achieve their strategic goals. As a trusted expert, you will provide insightful guidance, a clear strategic vision, and technical support, playing a key role in driving customer success and optimising the use of cloud What you'll be doing Architect solutions for customers using Azure and AWS technology stacks Review customer architecture Advise customers on new technologies within the Azure stack Lead a customer’s Customer Success Plan to modernise and become cloud native Manage and Create Backlog Items and Tasks in Dynamics365 CRM as part of the customer backlog Provide architectural and solution support to engineers configuring the solutions the CSA has designed Provide an escalation point for the Service Desk Squads to customer queries and problem tickets Provide a change advisor role where needed within ANS’ Change Advisory Board (CAB) Provide architectural advice and customer facing support to the Launch Team for productised solutions in eCloud and dedicated servers What will I bring to the role? Excellent knowledge of the Azure environment, AWS is also desirable Very good knowledge of cloud migration and transformation strategies Good knowledge of Microsoft’s and/or Amazon’s Cloud Adoption and Well Architected Frameworks Excellent customer service skills and ability to collaborate with customers Strong commercial awareness of recent technology industry shifts and directions of travel Very good skills and exposure to utilising cloud native platform as a service (PaaS) offerings such as Azure App Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service or Amazon Elastic Beanstalk
