The Role – Business Development Manager (Electromechanical Sales) As a Business Development Manager, you will drive new business growth and develop strategic long-term relationships, selling a specialist range of electromechanical products and engineered solutions. This is a consultative, relationship-focused sales role, managing the full lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing, working closely with internal engineering and production teams.
