Join to apply for the Mulesoft Support Analyst role at NTT DATA Europe & Latam
You will build working relationships with key client, incumbent, and NTT DATA stakeholders, including other NTT DATA technical support and engineering teams.
The role reports to the Service Delivery Manager for the respective NTT DATA account and is part of the Applications Management practice.
1. Develop and maintain Mule integration solutions/applications
2. Perform hands-on installation, development, configuration, and troubleshooting of solutions
3. Build/maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable integration implementations
4. Identify bugs and devise resolutions for these defects
5. Collaborate to provide the client with quality solutions to complex problems
6. Work across a varied technical stack
7. Some travel to NTT DATA offices in London/Birmingham and occasional travel to client sites in Southern England may be required
8. Must hold or be eligible for SC and NPPV3 clearance
What experience you'll bring:
1. Mulesoft Certified Developer or Mulesoft Certified Platform Architect
2. Strong knowledge of REST API best practices and API contracts with RAML
3. Experience with Maven, Jenkins, Anypoint Studio, Munit
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
5. Experience with platform monitoring and maintenance
6. Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (preferably Salesforce)
7. Share knowledge within the technical team and promote an engineering culture
8. Attention to detail, client-facing experience, results-oriented, analytical thinking
9. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
10. Confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to engage project and service stakeholders up to a senior level confidently
12. Strong analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
13. Methodical problem-solving approach and attention to detail
