Our exclusive client based in Chorley are currently recruiting for a Billings and Credit Control Administrator to join their team. The company has grown dramatically over the past few years, and this new role is required due to the extra work this has generated.
Duties
* Ensuring accurate and timely billing to clients
* Managing invoicing and queries with professionalism
* Ensuring any bills are accurate by processing completed orders and performing regular billing checks
* Speaking to our clients/customers daily
* Supporting customers with any billing queries
* Chasing overdue payments where necessary
* Resolving queries to ensure prompt payment to agreed terms
* Any administration duties related to the billings and credit control role
A high level of accuracy as well as good communication skills are essential for this role. Someone from a customer service background who has a real love for numbers would be great as previous billings or credit control experience isn’t essential.
