Job Description Oversee the delivery of AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)/Web development and support services, ensuring that service levels and customer satisfaction are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that service delivery meets business requirements. Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics for AEM/Web development and support services. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are understood and reflected in the service delivery process.; Manage and prioritize service delivery requests, ensuring that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.; Ensure Budget Adherence. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and service delivery metrics.; Manage and mentor service delivery team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.; Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AEM/Web development and apply them to improve our service delivery.
