Delaware North UK is hiring a full‑time Recruitment Specialist to join our collaborative team at the Head Office in Uxbridge, London. The role supports recruitment for our teams across Delaware North’s UK sites.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will recruit casual team members for our stadiums in London, Derby, and Sunderland, and will provide direct sourcing support for permanent positions.

What will you do?
- Lead the recruitment drive for casual team members across all our UK stadiums
- Assist the talent acquisition team with direct sourcing for part‑time and full‑time roles throughout all UK sites
- Liaise with the Talent Acquisition Partner, Hiring Managers and the People Team at each stadium to establish team member needs
- Support collaboration with the Innovation Centre to ensure appropriate advertisements are created for prioritised roles
- Ensure compliance with company and legal procedures to maintain consistency with Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, organisation, accuracy, attention to detail, self‑motivation, proactive independent working, teamwork and collaboration, working well under pressure, and written and verbal communication
Physical requirements
- Ability to travel and work at identified stadiums
