Role Purpose As a Purchaser, the key purpose of your role is to purchase equipment in line with requests from the business The Role Contracted to 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday. To ensure all goods and services are delivered as required To ensure all associated records are maintained to provide accurate data Requirements The Candidate Proven record of a procurement role / supplier relationship management experience Knowledge of and experience in the ordering of goods and services Proficient in communicating with suppliers and negotiating costs Mechanical and/or electrical product knowledge would be advantageous Proven background in Administration, purchasing and logistics Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Benefits BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR BRIDGES RoSPA Gold Medal winner, Bridges - is an excellent company to work for and a great place to develop your career.
