Description
The key responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant will include:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Managing supplier statements and reconciliations
Assisting with payment runs
Bank reconciliations
Supporting month-end processes
Handling queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintaining accurate financial records
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience in a similar Finance role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good working knowledge of Excel
A proactive and positive approach
Studying AAT or looking to study in the future
Job Offer
A salary between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience
Hybrid working - 3 days in office, 2 days working from home after training
