Are you an organised, detail-focused individual who enjoys supporting a fast-paced sales team? Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established insurance provider based in Coventry who is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team.
What youll be doing:
* Providing day-to-day admin support to the sales and account management teams
* Processing client applications and maintaining accurate documentation
* Liaising with clients, brokers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process
* Managing and updating CRM systems and internal records
* Supporting compliance with industry regulations (FCA and GDPR)
* Preparing reports, handling correspondence, and assisting with ad hoc admin tasks
Were looking for someone who:
1. Has previous experience in a sales admin, sales support, or insurance-related role
2. Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
3. Communicates clearly and professionally (written and verbal)
4. Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
5. Ideally has experience working in an FCA-regulated environment
