Duties
* Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion
* Caseload to include freehold, leasehold sales, purchases, new build, remortgages and transfer of equity, shared ownership
* Conducting title checks and reporting to clients
* You will communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction
* Monitoring and delegating work to paralegals/assistants
* Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability
You
* At least 3 years PQE experience in residential conveyancing
* You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor
* Experience handling Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase
* Demonstrable experience handling a mixed and technical caseloadAbility to manage your own caseload on a case management system
