About The Role
As a result of our incredible success and growth, we are looking for a Head of Product Marketing to join us. You will be the voice of the market and the architect of our product narrative. You will navigate a complex ecosystem of SaaS, Affiliate, and Media products to identify our audience, understand what they care about, and position our solutions to win.
Reporting to the CPO, you will own the product's Go-To-Market (GTM) and positioning strategy. You will build foundational messaging and marketing assets that make the market care about our roadmap, before handing those messaging blueprints over to the Sales Enablement team to turn into sales collateral.
Responsibilities
* Deeply research the market, track competitors, and define ICPs and personas across SaaS, Affiliate, and Media.
* Collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Sales to define a strong B2B/B2C strategy that supports OKRs.
* Partner with Sales and Sales Enablement to use client feedback (e.g., via Gong) to inform Product decisions.
* Work with Product Managers to define product features and value; develop foundational messaging frameworks.
* Write and produce external marketing assets: B2B website copy, LinkedIn content, customer emails, and top-of-funnel campaigns.
* Own messaging, positioning, and narrative consistency for major external events (e.g., Pioneer & YMS).
* Track market perception of the Pion brand, products, and positioning.
Requirements
* Multi-Product Experience: Proven experience marketing a complex portfolio of products (SaaS, Media, and/or Affiliate networks preferred).
* Exceptional Storytelling: Elite copywriter and communicator who can translate complex features into compelling market messaging.
* Analytical Researcher: Natural curiosity for market dynamics, competitor movements, and buyer psychology.
* Collaborative DNA: Proven ability to partner with Product Management and Sales Enablement to extract value and hand off messaging.
* Strategic yet hands-on: Able to operate strategically while contributing at the detail level as an individual contributor.
* Product Marketing metrics: Understanding of revenue, website traffic, reach/engagement, and win rates.
