We are seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hybrid work in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will have a GCSE education and be fluent in French and English.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be representing our brand, providing our valued customers with consistently effortless experiences that inspire confidence and trust. You will help them place orders, manage queries, and resolve complaints through webchat, emails, and calls.
