Our client is seeking a talented Events/Conference & Food & Beverage Manager to lead all meetings, conferences, banquets, and special occasions at a prestigious venue near Wokingham — while also overseeing the restaurant, bar, room service, and lounge.
This is a hands-on operational role for a dynamic hospitality professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-standard environments. You’ll lead and inspire your team to deliver flawless events, exceptional service, and unforgettable guest experiences.
What you’ll do as an Events and F&B Manager:
 * Oversee all event operations from setup to delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
 * Manage F&B outlets including restaurant, bar, lounge, and room service.
 * Maintain top service standards, safety, and attention to detail across all areas.
 * Work closely with clients, internal teams, and suppliers to exceed expectations.
 * Recruit, train, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional guest care.
 * Manage budgets, schedules, and ensure operational efficiency.
 * Drive service quality, feedback improvement, and brand consistency.
What we’re looking for:
 * Proven background in events or F&B management within a 4- or 5-star venue.
 * Inspiring leadership and strong organisational skills.
 * Excellent communicator and problem-solver under pressure.
 * Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
 * Knowledge of Health & Safety and event management systems an advantage.
