The Role

With continued investment and growth, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Partnerships Specialist to support our sales teams and drive local engagement and lead generation for two key villages: Sunningdale Park and Fairmile.
Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, the Marketing and Partnerships Specialist will create, manage, and grow strategic local partnerships, events, and campaigns that increase visibility and drive qualified leads to our villages.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities and referral networks to increase lead generation and sales conversions for Sunningdale Park and Fairmile.
* Create and execute localised business development strategies tailored to each village's demographics and location.
* Build and nurture relationships with local businesses, professional networks, community groups, and organisations.
* Support and contribute to the planning and delivery of village based events in collaboration with the Sales teams.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps, trends, and new initiatives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, and Operations to align campaigns and outreach activities.
* Develop engaging, village specific content for use across sales and marketing materials, events, and community engagement.
* Identify and suggest innovative local marketing and sponsorship opportunities to increase brand awareness and footfall.

Key Skills & Requirements:
* Proven experience in a business development, partnership, community engagement, or sales enablement role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to build rapport quickly and represent the Audley brand confidently and professionally.
* Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness and local market insight.
* Experience in event planning or community outreach is desirable.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to influence and support multiple stakeholders.
* Competent in using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and Microsoft Office.
* A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for regional travel.
