Duties and responsibilities related to the Part-Time Learning Coordinator (Maternity Cover) role
* Coordinate and manage learning activities, including full training administration, preparing materials, promoting learning initiatives, and communicating learning calendars and updates.
* Prepare and coordinate learning data insights and reporting for HR Leaders, supporting monthly updates and quarterly learning reviews.
* Support the coordination and delivery of onboarding learning sessions, helping create engaging and interactive learning experiences aligned with Hyatt’s learning philosophy.
* Provide administrative and coordination support for the UK Learning Strategy, helping create opportunities for colleagues to learn and develop every day.
About you
* You work well in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence and efficiency. You build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels and communicate clearly and effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Previous experience within the hotel or hospitality industry is highly beneficial.
