Contract Python Developer | 6 Months | Remote | Outside IR35
We're working with a fast-growing, mission-driven tech company that’s building a platform used by researchers and product teams around the world. They’re looking to bring on an experienced Contract Python Developer to help scale and evolve their backend systems.
Key details:
* Duration: 6 months (estimated)
* Location: 100% remote (UK-based)
* IR35 Status: Outside IR35
* Start date: ASAP / July Start
Tech Stack:
This role is ideal for a backend engineer with strong Python experience and exposure to cloud environments. You’ll work on scalable APIs, data systems, and microservices powering a widely-used SaaS product.
Must-haves:
* Solid Pythondevelopment experience (essential)
* Experience with cloud platforms GCP, AWS, or Azure all welcome
* Comfortable working with RESTfulAPIs (FastAPI, Flask, or similar)
* Awareness of MongoDB or similar SQL solutions
Nice-to-have:
* Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes
* Exposure to Vue.js or other JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
