A thriving company in Exbury (southern New Forest) are looking for an experienced, organised, customer focussed Office Manager to join them as an integral part of their team. An immediate start is available following successful interview.
This key role is full time, Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm, office based and will have the following responsibilities:
* Be the first point of contact for customers and enquiries – via telephone and email
* Administrative support to the operational teams e.g. booking appointments
* Sales admin – following up on leads and keeping customers informed
* HR Admin and management of the Breathe HR System
* Gathering and responding to customer feedback
* Stock management and orders
* Minute taking
* Line Management of one member of office staff (in time)
* Organising staff events
We'd like to hear from you if you have the following:
* At least 3 years senior administration/office manager experience.
* A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner and written communication style as the first point of contact for the company.
* At least 2 years direct customer service experience including resolving queries and complaints.
* HR admin experience – starters and leavers, personal files, HR letters (from templates).
* HR system experience (Breathe HR knowledge desirable)
* Stock management and ordering experience
* Confident IT user – highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages – especially Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Very organised and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
* High attention to detail.
* Experience of organising and minuting meetings and keeping track of actions and progress.
* Some line management experience would be desirable.
