What will you be doing?
As a Café Chef, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors. Whether it’s serving up delicious snacks, preparing freshly brewed coffee, or keeping our cafés clean and inviting, you’ll be the friendly face that helps make their day.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. The preparation of food and ensuring quality standards are met
2. Maintaining high levels of hygiene, food safety, and compliance
3. Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
4. Driving efficiency and enhancing the overall customer experience
5. Friendly and enthusiastic individuals who love working with people.
6. Passionate for delivering excellent customer service.
7. Supporting the Café Supervisor with leading and training the team
8. Team players who can thrive in a lively, fast-paced environment
9. Proactive in maintaining a clean and safe environment, ensuring a welcoming space for all visitors.
10. Reliable, punctual and flexible with shifts
We are looking for someone with:
11. Previous experience in a catering or hospitality role
12. Great teamwork skills
13. A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
14. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
