Production Quality Assurance Technician (PQAT)
Our Production Quality Assurance Technicians (PQATs) are an integral part of our Production Line support teams, as they ensure and maintain high levels of food quality and safety standards so that the company achieves its key aim: to produce a great tasting, consistent, safe, and traceable product in a clean environment by trained operators for its consumers to enjoy.

£27,500-£31,500 dependent on skills, knowledge and experience

Hours:
Standard hours will be Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 with some flexibility required to meet business needs.
About the Role:
Analyse hygiene, quality and food safety indicators and alert in case of any deviation.
Propose and lead action plans to resolve quality and food safety issues impacting the business.
Lead, participate and evaluate the upskilling of Trainers and Operators motivating them to achieve high standards within their roles.
Drive standards of Food Safety, recipe compliance and end-product delivery through effective and knowledgeable teams.
Participate and lead process improvement topics.
Ensure work areas, machines and equipment are cleaned to a high standard and waste is disposed of as per the Companys policy.
Create and maintain detailed documented records to ensure the future clarity of processes and outcomes.
About You:
Have operational knowledge of Quality Assurance within a manufacturing industry. Experience in an FMCG environment is an advantage.
Demonstrate excellent training and effective feedback skills to support the upskilling of the teams.
Have excellent attention to detail.
Have effective oral and written communication skills.
Have the ability to prioritise tasks and organise your working time.
Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to take prompt decisive action.
Have a continuous improvement mindset.
Be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
Training:
There will be training required based in one or more of our French sites to master the knowledge and standards of our products. In addition, our colleagues will join us in BPUK to support you and the team with any training needs.
