About the Team & Role As Marketing Coordinator at CBTax, you will work closely with our Operations, Commercial, and Technical teams to translate complex R&D and tax expertise into audience-first marketing activity that drives engagement, brand awareness and lead generation. You will take ownership of our content and campaign execution across digital channels, while coordinating wider marketing activity to ensure consistent messaging, timely delivery and measurable impact. This is a hands-on role with strategic input, ideal for someone who can both create high-quality content and manage the day-to-day running of marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating and coordinating engaging digital content across our website, social media and other platforms, while supporting broader marketing projects and campaigns. You will play a key role in strengthening our brand presence, driving engagement and ensuring marketing activity aligns with business goals. In this role you’ll: Own and maintain the marketing content calendar and publishing workflow across all digital channels Plan, create and publish high-quality content across the website, social media, blogs, email and newsletters, delivering approximately 8–12 social posts per week and 1–2 long-form pieces per month Manage and update website content using our CMS (Webflow), ensuring accuracy, consistency and strong user experience Coordinate the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns aligned to brand and commercial objectives Monitor, analyse and report on content and campaign performance across channels Exceptional candidates may have 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, content marketing, communications, or a social/agency role with demonstrable results Experience within B2B professional services, finance, or technical sectors (e.g. R&D tax, consultancy, SaaS, or similar) Strong LinkedIn content creation experience, with a portfolio showing engagement growth and audience building Excellent copywriting skills across short and long-form content, with strong editorial judgement Video and graphics editing skills (e.g. CapCut, Adobe suite, Canva or similar) Interview process After submitting your application, we will review your CV. If your application passes this stage, you will be invited to a 15-minute phone call during which we will ask some basic questions. If you clear the initial phone interview, you will enter the main process. A 15–20-minute Teams interview with the recruitment team. The interview is recorded and will be shared with the hiring manager for review. We advise you take the time to properly prepare. A final stage in person interview at the office, at which the role you have applied for is based. We sometimes require a third stage, but this is rare. Our goal is to finish the process within 7-10 days.
