Creative Director will be responsible for many "in-house" brands from the engineering background but also for marketing agency serving Clients all around the world from construction, interiors and engineering sectors. Assist in creating and executing the overall strategy for marketing initiatives.Manage and produce creative social media content across platforms including TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to maximize brand visibility and sales.Develop and implement innovative advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Google Ads. Creative ways of incresing ROI not only by adding ad spend.Continuously review and optimize the performance of digital and creative campaigns to deliver measurable sales improvements.Write compelling, platform-specific copy for social media, emails, and other digital channels.Being aware of graphic software to properly direct graphic designers in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Premier Pro, After Effects).Assist in Planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photos/videos for social media, product promotions, and corporate branding.Fresh ideas when it comes to promoting a constantly developing company with over 100% growth year-on-year.Quick thinking, able to work in a very fast environment where daily ad-hoc tasks are often a norm. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5 years of experience in this field managing teams with marvelous outcomes and profits for the companiesExtensive knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.Practical experience with Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.At least basic Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.Hands-on experience in video production, from shooting to post-production, and professional photography skillsExceptional written communication skills for creating engaging copy tailored to diverse platforms.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
