What are the requirements for this role?
1. Experience working in a similar role supporting a similar group of clients is desirable (adults with learning disabilities, autism and a range of complex and challenging behaviours)
2. You will need to show you have the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team whilst demonstrating excellent communication skills.
3. Have the willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
4. Have a full drivers licence with access to your own vehicle.
5. Be willing to participate in relevant training to support you in your role.
6. Have a broad understanding of all aspect of care.
This position is advertised on a temporary to permanent basis where by you will complete a 12-week period with the support of AJ Recruitment, resulting in a permanent position and transferring to our client at the end of the 12 weeks whereby you will be working to a set roster, however there is often the opportunity to work overtime.
