This role is ideal for a qualified professional seeking to step up into a managerial position, leading client engagements and contributing to the ongoing growth of a progressive firm.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a portfolio of clients across a variety of sectors
* Leading audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion
* Supervising and mentoring junior staff, providing guidance and feedback
* Reviewing work and offering technical support to team members
* Assisting with business development and client relationship management
* Ensuring compliance with accounting, auditing, and internal firm standards
Skills & Experience:
* ACA/ACCA qualified
* Minimum of four years’ experience in a UK Practice environment
* Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
* Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience leading audit engagements and managing teams
