Base pay range
This role involves helping to run a £multi-million store, motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager with sorting deliveries, placing orders, and dealing with customer queries.
* Focus on people management and performance, and organise holiday rotas for the team.
* Help to achieve the store’s objectives: maximising sales, ensuring great customer service, minimising costs and optimising operational efficiency.
* Step into the Store Manager’s role when absent.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experienced people‑manager.
* Background leading teams in a fast‑paced, stakeholder/customer‑driven environment.
* Skilled in time‑management and boosting operational efficiency.
* Motivated to consistently achieve targets.
