As a Support Worker at Phoenix Care Staff, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals live with dignity and independence. No two days will be the same as you support clients to achieve their best possible quality of life.

• Providing person-centred care that focuses on the individual’s needs.
• Assisting with daily living activities (including personal care).
• Encouraging clients to be independent and take part in activities.
• Building trusting relationships with clients and supporting them through challenges.
• Offering support for individuals with challenging behaviours.
• Contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for all.
