Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a NQ Solicitor/Paralegal located at our Hartlepool office.
In this role, you'll manage a challenging and varied caseload primarily of a personal injury, clinical negligence and debt recovery claims, handling cases from initial client contact instruction through to completion. You will manage the entire process, including pre-action investigation and litigation, working closely with clients to secure the best possible outcome. You will also work closely with two senior solicitors in progressing more complex matters.
The Candidate
* NQ Solicitor/ Paralegal
* Previous experience in Litigation, although for the right candidate full training can be provided.
* Experience in managing your own caseload, preferably in Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and/or Debt Recovery.
* Prioritise and manage a varied case load
* Proficiency in general Law and legal principles
* Strong analytical and research skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent client care skills
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Qualification as a solicitor or relevant paralegal qualifications
