Bank Holidays) Hours: Flexible 3 Days | 9:00am – 5:30pm A commercial property management company, is looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive to take the lead on promoting their brand and properties. They work closely with clients in education, care, and public sectors, and pride themselves on building trusted relationships through a personal, professional approach. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident with digital content, enjoys telling stories through social media, and can bring fresh energy to our marketing presence. You’ll also support the team with light office coordination, helping to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Your Key Responsibilities Marketing & Social Media (Primary Focus – ~80%) - Own and manage JAF Property’s social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). - Plan, create, and schedule engaging content—including property highlights, client stories, project updates, and community activity. - Write short, engaging copy and respond to DMs or comments in a professional, friendly tone. - Use Canva or similar tools to design flyers, brochures, and branded marketing assets. - Keep the website up to date with new listings, case studies, and announcements. - Track performance and engagement across social channels and suggest ways to improve. Office Support (Secondary – ~20%) - Assist directors with diary management, meeting prep, and follow-ups. - Handle occasional admin and coordination tasks to support smooth office operations. - Be the first point of contact for incoming calls or emails—always warm, professional, and efficient. What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in a marketing, content, or social media role (agency or in-house). - Confident using Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and basic website editors (WordPress or similar). - Strong written communication skills and an eye for simple, clean design. - Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently within a small team. - Kind, honest, and team-oriented—you care about quality and making a positive impact.
