We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Car Parking Clerical Officer to join our team and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional services across our two main hospitals. As a key player in ensuring the highest standards of service, you will support the Carparking Supervisor and Security Assurance Manager in resources and daily operations within our Resilience Team.
Responsibilities

* Maintain professional and courteous working relationships with staff and respect the equality and diversity of each person he/she comes into contact with.

* Liaise with all levels of staff in a professional and respectful manner to maintain effective communication and assist the operational team to maintain client flow and meet relevant targets.
* Motivate and support staff so that they understand the objectives of the service and are able to maximise their contribution to the highest standards.
* Have an awareness of team performance at any given stage based on completion of activity reports, team updates and meetings.
* Facilitate communication within the team around any changes to admin systems and processes as well as with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Update the car parking database as changes occur and keep staff parking information up‑to‑date.
* Assist with reports to ensure archived records, both paper and electronic, are regularly reviewed and confidentially destroyed at the appropriate time.
* Assist with the management of training documentation and update records to ensure data is relevant and up‑to‑date.
* Assist in producing reports on an ad‑hoc and monthly basis.
* Participate in audits as required by the line manager.
* Process and manage complaints in relation to car‑parking including PCNs.
Qualifications
* GCSE level or equivalent in English Language and Maths.
* Administrative experience.
* Experience of working in a changing environment.
* Computer literate; experienced in data entry and use of e‑mail.
* Understanding of Information Governance, Data Quality and its requirements.
Desirable Criteria
* Experience in the use of electronic PAS.
* Experienced in customer care.
* Confidentiality awareness.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications.
