Our client, a fast-growing creative marketing agency with offices in Milton Keynes and close links to London, specializes in branding, digital marketing, content, social, paid media, design, data, and more. They deliver bold, data-driven work that accelerates business growth for SMEs and larger brands across the UK and beyond. They are looking for a Creative Director to shape and lead their creative vision.
Responsibilities:
* Own the creative strategy for client portfolio and internal brand, steering campaigns across channels including brand identity, social content, web design, video, digital ads, and 3D/graphic design.
* Partner with Strategy, Content, Paid teams, and senior management to generate visually compelling, strategically grounded, and performance-focused work.
* Mentor midweight and senior creatives to enable growth, innovation, and delivery of best-in-class work.
* Lead creative output that converts, guiding customer journeys through immersive visuals, user experience, and brand storytelling.
* Oversee concept development, storyboarding, and final execution, ensuring alignment with brief, brand, and strategy.
* Set visual tone across projects and marketing channels including website, social media, and thought-leadership assets.

* Proven leader in agency environments, experienced in branding, digital content, advertising, and web.
* Strong conceptual thinking with practical design sensitivity, from ideation to delivery.
* Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.
* Experience delivering measurable results through creative work.
* Track record of mentoring teams and fostering a collaborative environment.
* Passion for full-funnel, data-informed creative storytelling.
