What you'll be doing as a Property Management Managerathaart Estate Agents in Ipswich
14. Managing a team of property managers.
15. Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
16. Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
17. Property inspections
18. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
19. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
20. Deposit returns
21. Resolving rental arrears
22. Processing eviction requests
23. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
24. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager athaart Estate Agents in Ipswich
25. Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings

Driving Requirements
30. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
