What the Job Involves This role involves processing and validating planning applications, ensuring they meet national and local requirements. You will prepare and upload necessary documentation to the Document Management System and send out statutory notification letters. The job requires notifying agents and applicants about application invalidity and responding to inbound inquiries. It is a fully remote position, with the option to work from the office if preferred.
