Currently seeking an experienced Temporary Site Agent to support ongoing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on professional to join a reputable team.
Role Overview:As a Temporary Site Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You will act as the key point of contact on-site, coordinating subcontractors, managing resources, and maintaining compliance with all health & safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day site operationsSupervise subcontractors and site personnelEnsure adherence to project timelines and budgetsMaintain high standards of health & safety complianceConduct site inspections and quality checksLiaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholdersKeep accurate site records and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Site Agent or similar roleStrong knowledge of construction projectsSMSTS/SSSTS certification preferredExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesValid CSCS cardValid First Aid certificate
