Job Title: Social Media & Content Manager

Location: London, 4 days a week in the office - 1 day working from home.
Nirvana Brands is a dynamic fragrance company building and distributing licensed fragrances from icons like Sarah Jessica Parker, The Rolling Stones and Laura Ashley.
About the role
This is a newly created position. The individual will play an instrumental role in building our brands’ social footprints globally. Supported by the line manager, SVP of Marketing & DTC, and amazing colleagues, there is a great scope for initiative and ownership for the right individual. We are a very entrepreneurial team ready to roll up our sleeves for whatever is required to deliver success.
Key Responsibilities
* Supported by the SVP, the Brand Managers and content partners, craft strong story-telling based strategies and plans for social growth and engagement.
* Align strategies and plans with the masterbrand owners (licensors) and make sure that the master brand eco-systems (collabs etc.) are leveraged where possible.
* Manage gifting, creator/influencer collaborations, and PR related social initiatives in close collaboration with our PR agency.
* Manage paid amplification of the strongest performing content when applicable.
* Execute the plans and track relevant performance KPIs.
Content Creation
* Collaborate with the wider team on campaign shoots to ensure social-first content is captured.
* Lead creative ideation and concept development for social content with the various content providers across the eco-system.
* Ensure that all content is on brand and has been approved by the master brand owners (licensors).
* Manage the social content creation part of the A&P budget and analyse spend efficiencies.
Key Skills & Profile
* A social media enthusiast who lives and breathes Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.
* Strong storyteller, potentially with an editorial background.
* Confident in community management and influencer collaborations.
* Highly creative, with an elevated eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
* Experienced in content creation across photography, video, and social formats.
* Knowledge of how to amplify organic content with paid.
* Experience of the Beauty Category
* Proactive and autonomous with a can-do-attitude.
* Excellent command of Canva and ideally other design tools.
* Highly organised team player, flexible and able to handle multiple activities/priorities, and work efficiently and effectively.
* Dynamic and assertive with ability to work with people at all levels.
