Core Responsibilities of E-Bike Support Patroller
11. Maintenance & Repairs: Performing routine maintenance, safety checks, and basic repairs on a fleet of bikes or assisting qualified mechanics.
12. Logistics (for e-bike sharing): Relocating incorrectly parked e-bikes to designated areas, ensuring the “flock” is clean and well-maintained in public areas.
13. What you’ll be doing Assist with E-Bike and E-Scooter deployment and retrieval Use smartphone applications to locate and operate bikes Respond to various tasks as they’re assigned Carrying out daily checks and basic maintenance of fleet E-Bikes, facilities, and equipment to ensure a safe environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications of E-Bike Support Patroller
14. Experience: A strong interest in outdoor work, cycling and a practical, hands-on approach are essential. Previous customer service experience and basic bike maintenance knowledge are often required.
15. Skills: Good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
16. Physicality: The role can be physically demanding, requiring fitness and the ability to lift items or be on your feet for extended periods.
17. Other: Flexibility to work weekends
