The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of assigned projects, from planning to closure, in collaboration with and under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. The Project Manager will also be responsible for tracking and monitoring all project activities. The ideal PM candidate will plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. The responsibility of the Project Manager is to ensure that the projects are flawlessly executed and delivered to the clients. Reporting will also be a key function of the Project Manager, ensuring that project update reports are submitted promptly so that presentations can be made to the clients, relevant stakeholders, or project team members.

Purpose of Job
This position aims to develop and execute new product objectives for our client through their innovation process framework, utilizing project management methodologies.
Key Outputs/Deliverables
* Execution of relevant Stage-Gate deliverables
* Project updated in the central project information system
* Timely completion of assigned projects
* Timely submission of scheduled reports
Principal Responsibilities
* Manage assigned projects within the relevant process
* Creation and management of project plans
* Identification of milestones for timely execution
* Completion and execution of Stage-Gate deliverables
* Establish and monitor project financials- expenses and expected revenue and margin outcome relative to budget/forecast
* Liaise with relevant stakeholders within the client's organization (across Marketing, Innovation-Technical, Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, and Factories) for additional information
* Liaise with service providers for research, graphic designs, R&D, printers, etc.
* Preparation and submission of regularly scheduled reports
* Market/Supplier visits when necessary
Performance Criteria

* Effectiveness in the execution of assigned project tasks
Minimum Education and Experience
* A Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related area would be an advantage
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing or a technical discipline
* Experience in the Food and Beverage industry
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management, Procurement, or Marketing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, including Excel and PowerPoint. Microsoft Projects would be an advantage
* Previous working knowledge in Project Management and/or New Product Development Process

* Proficiency in research methodology and the interpretation of research data, statistical analysis, report preparation, presentation, and communication
* Ability to lead a multifunction team and to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
* Critical thinking with a creative mind to present product opportunities
Working Conditions
Normal working conditions with a fair amount of travel to visit suppliers, markets, trade shows, and the client's offices.
