This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with pupils who require tailored emotional support to thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver targeted emotional literacy interventions to individuals and small groups
2. Support pupils in developing self-esteem, emotional regulation, and social skills
3. Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external professionals
4. Monitor and evaluate progress, maintaining accurate records of interventions
5. Contribute to a nurturing and inclusive school environment
What you'll need to succeed
6. Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
7. Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an SEMH or SEN setting
8. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
