At Crossway Estates we are seeking a new Assistant Property Manager to join us at our beautiful Grade II listed office just south of Manchester City Centre.
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Has some experience in the property sector, is able to handle all aspects of lettings, and can efficiently respond to maintenance queries
* Enjoys working with a range of people, from contractors to tenants, on varied tasks both in and out of the office

We are a leading residential property company, based in South Manchester, with a large portfolio of properties, all owned and managed in-house.
Job description
* Liaising with tenants on maintenance issues and organising repairs
* Responding to lettings enquiries
* Conducting viewings and assessing potential tenants
* Taking and editing property pictures, uploading to the website
* Processing deposits and confidential tenancy paperwork
* Monitoring the payment of rents and recovering arrears
The successful applicant will ideally have:
* Property management experience (2 years+)
* Knowledge of HMO, Property Licensing and Compliance
* Social media, email, and mobile communication abilities
* Local residential sales market knowledge
* A graduate education (with relevance to the sector)
It is essential for the candidate to have:
* Full access to your own transportation to conduct viewings and regularly inspect properties in South Manchester
* A valid full, clean, UK Driving License and car insurance
* To be able to work rostered Saturdays with other team members (time off in lieu)
* To work on and around the key dates at the change of tenancy (1st July and 1st Sept) and in the lettings period (November)
