About the role
The Learning Partner plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of learning systems and processes across the organisation, directly supporting operational efficiency and compliance. The role manages the LMS and L&D inboxes, providing timely responses to queries and delivering insight through reports and tailored matrices to support decision-making. As part of the L&D team, the Learning Partner partners with business managers to support operational delivery, ensuring learning and compliance processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with organisational priorities. This position is highly administrative but strategically important, enabling high-quality learning experiences while maintaining regulatory and organisational standards.
Responsibilities
* Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) including user enrolments, course allocations, and completions tracking.
* Administer L&D inboxes across the UK, ensuring queries and requests are responded to efficiently.
* Produce standard and bespoke matrices and reports to meet business requirements and support operational teams.
* Partner with business managers to provide insight and support operational delivery.
* Maintain accurate learning records to ensure compliance with audits and regulatory requirements.
* Troubleshoot system issues, liaising with technical support or vendors as required.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to LMS-related projects.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates and guidance on learning systems and processes.
* Prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests with a sense of urgency, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications and Skills
* Experience working with data and administrative systems, preferably LMS or other learning systems.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing information.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders across the business.
* Experience building matrices and producing reports tailored to specific requests.
* Ability to work independently while supporting business objectives.
* Strategic thinking to understand how data and processes impact operational decisions.
Desirable:
* Relevant data or administration qualification (e.g., apprenticeship, NVQ, certificate in data/administration).
* Previous experience within an L&D or HR environment.
* Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in learning or workforce management.
* Confidence using Excel or other reporting tools to analyse and present data.
