Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Hybrid Working 2 x days per week in office - £25,000 - £30,000 p/a + Commission - London
Christopher Ali are recruiting on behalf of a fast growing technology business working with a range of High Street brands, collecting data for them and providing insights to support their decision making.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for creating pipeline for the Retail Growth team. This will be a purely performance - driven role, focused on outbound prospecting, securing qualified meetings and building momentum across a target list.
Your success will be measured by activity, quality of conversations and meetings secured. This is an entry-level role with clear progression. You will receive structured training, clear KPIs and regular coaching, but accountability sits with you. High performers will be trusted with greater responsibility and a defined pathway into Sales Executive or Account Manager roles.
Day to day -
* Lead Generation utilising LinkedIn, supplier information, Marketing data etc.
* Nurture warm prospects and build trusted relationships with key industry prospects.
* Work towards specified targets and report on qualified lead metrics.
* Maintain Hubspot by inputting leads, updating company structures, validating client information (decision makers etc) and ensuring leads are tracking correctly through the system.
* Develop and maintain a suite of Sales toolkits, including pitch decks, Sales playbooks and any other relevant materials to support the Sales process.
Skills and experience
* Proven track record of outbound opportunity creation, including lead generation, influencing skills and negotiating abilities.
* Previous experience as an Sales Development Representative (SDR) preferred.
* Data led individual.
* Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM platform) and Microsoft Office / GSuite applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs & Slides) will be key
* Sales focused with desire to progress into a more senior sales role.
