Your role
* Serve as a Geotechnical Engineer or Senior Geotechnical Engineer, responsible for ground engineering projects across the UK and internationally.
* Contribute to the growth of our geotechnical portfolio in rail, highways, water, carbon capture & storage, renewable energy, low‑carbon engineering, and nuclear power.
About You
* BSc or MSc in civil engineering, with a graduate qualification in a geotechnical subject.
* Strong experience in finite element modelling and analysis (PLAXIS 2D/3D) and proficiency in numerical software such as Geostudio, Repute, Wallap, etc.
* Near or holding ICE chartered status; proven experience in a fast‑moving engineering consultancy environment.
* Project‑management experience with a clear understanding of consultancy and design market requirements.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations in design and ground investigation contexts.
* Excellent interpersonal, technical, and report‑writing skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients.
* Commercial acumen in negotiating and delivering successful projects.
* Willingness to travel for short assignments within the UK and overseas.
* Valid UK driving licence; preference for working from the Epsom office.
