We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to be based at our commercial office in West Drayton, London,
This is a business partner role to the LEAP Services operating team contributing to the financial performance of our services portfolio and accountable for the profitability on select customer agreements. This role will serve as the PL finance lead in the Europe region, functional owner for various product line initiatives and be responsible for all financial aspects of contract execution, restructuring actions, and contract margin reviews.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Functional owner for LEAP services commercial and/or operational initiatives
* Partner with our regional team as the PL finance lead for Europe region contracts
* Provide financial leadership to specific channel activities (example: external, T&M or CSA channel)
* Serve as financial lead on several projects critical to the program achieving business commitments
* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (product ops, customer programs and business ops) to progress key business initiatives
Provide financial leadership for LEAP customer agreements
* Collaborate with LEAP customer teams (sales, CPMs, CPS, OCE, and business operations) to deliver long-term program modeling for contract negotiations on existing Services contracts
* Work with cross-functional team (SSD, OCE, and CSD's) to identify and analyze potential contract restructuring actions
* Collaborate with the operations team to manage Op Plan budgeting, long term forecasting, and quarterly estimates
Contract Margin Review support
* Work with customer and technical teams to conduct Contract Margin Reviews (CMRs) for existing RPFH contracts
* Create profitability walks and other variance analysis in support of Contract Margin Reviews
* Coordinate amongst peers in the execution and tracking of CMR pacing and issue resolution
Additional Responsibilitie s

* Support various CMR, productivity, and PL FP&A improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college with significant experience in finance and accounting.
Desired Characteristics
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably within a services or operations context.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Demonstrated process improvement capability in a transactional environment.
